Our Early Harvest is our most ROBUST Extra Virgin Olive Oil.  Oils from our Mission Olives are considered mild, with a fuller spectrum of earthy notes. Grassy olive with bright flavor combined with a nicely pungent taste counter-balanced with a fresh and peppery finish. 
Early Harvest has one of the highest amounts of healthy polyphenols, which is a health-protective antioxidant.

Use:

All our Extra Virgin Olive Oils are wonderful for cooking, finishing or for raw consumption.  Add this EVOO to any dish and experience and enjoy a palette of smooth earthy flavors.

Combinations:

All our Extra Virgin Olive Oils pair extremely well with any of our Aged Balsamic Vinegars from Modena 
  • Pair it with our Dark Balsamic Vinegar "The Godfather". This classic vinegar is a staple in every Italian restaurant and home. 
  • Prefer a light instead of dark balsamic? Then try our "White Peach Balsamic Vinegar". The white peach also makes for an interesting combination.  We recommend 3 parts oil, 1 part balsamic.
