Just used this yesterday, and it definitelybumped a simple pasta supper to a new level. Tossed cooked Vermicelli with oil, shredded fresh Parmesan on top, added a side of Italian sausage patty and roasted broccoli. YUM! Looking forward to how I'll use it next. So fresh with perfect level of garlic. Thank you.
