INGREDIENTS

2-4 large tomatoes, sliced

500 gm mozzarella cheese, sliced

handful fresh basil leaves

3 tbsp Nuvo's extra virgin olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Hickory smoke balsamic

INSTRUCTIONS

Lay slices of tomatoes and cheese on a serving platter.

Scatter over the basil leaves.

Drizzle over the olive oil.

Season with salt and pepper.

Pour hickory smoke balsamic as a finish.
