- 2-4 large tomatoes, sliced
- 500 gm mozzarella cheese, sliced
- handful fresh basil leaves
- 3 tbsp Nuvo's extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hickory smoke balsamic
- Lay slices of tomatoes and cheese on a serving platter.
- Scatter over the basil leaves.
- Drizzle over the olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour hickory smoke balsamic as a finish.
