Our Hickory Smoke Balsamic Vinegar is one of our favorites and has long been a family tradition to use it for grilling. Also, our 12-year-aged Balsamic Vinegar has this richness to it, it's thick and smoky. Marinate your meats and veggies, and you will be amazed at how deep and smoky your meats will taste!


Our Hickory Smoked Balsamic Vinegar is thick enough to be used as a finishing glaze.

Suggestion and Paring Tip:

Perfect for chicken, steak, vegetable, and seafood.  Also, try it on watermelon or a Caprese salad.

Reduce about an ounce and a half in a pan, low heat for about 10 minutes, add some garlic or Nuvo's Fused Garlic Olive Oil and finish off your steak with an outstanding dressing.  Enjoy!
