Olives - Kalamata Olives | Slow Cured

Kalamata olives are the dark, deep purple almost black olives. On the tree, these dark purple almond-shaped fruits are hard to miss and they also tend to pack more meat than the average black variety.

Our Kalamata olives are slowly cured for 10 months in a brine of salt, water, and red wine vinegar. Kalamata olives can be eaten plain or chopped up to be used in a dish. Great balanced flavor! Vacuum sealed.  

All olives are from our family-owned estate!
