I love this balsamic vinegar and always have in the house. I often use it on salad and don’t need oil! It’s slightly sweet and mixes great with dressings
Just used this yesterday, and it definitelybumped a simple pasta supper to a new level. Tossed cooked Vermicelli with oil, shredded fresh Parmesan on top, added a side of Italian sausage patty and roasted broccoli. YUM! Looking forward to how I'll use it next. Amazing! I can not live without nuvo olive oil vinegars, and tbh, I love and need them all, minus the garlic one because I cant have garlic. Perfect, fresh, no sugar added, chocolate tastes amazing on fish! Will just copy my reviews because all vinegars are amazing, get them!
