Grilled Garlic Rosemary Steaks

- 1/3rd cup Nuvos garlic olive oil.
- 1/4 cup fresh rosemary.
- 4 1-inch sirloin or flank steaks, cut into four 6-ounce steaks.
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
- 4 garlic cloves, sliced.
- Lemon zest of half lemon.
Take a bowl or sealable plastic bag and combine olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, and rosemary in it. Season each side of the steak with salt and pepper. Add steaks to the mixture and leave it for 2-3 hours for marination. Keep turning occasionally or flip the bag if using the plastic bag.
Then drain the marinade. Brush the grill with olive oil and preheat the grill on medium heat. Grill each steak until its done (for 3-4 minutes).
