Tips: Read the recipe first, and then chop all of the fruit.
Chop the apples, pears, cantaloupe, and honeydew to approximately the same size. Slice the Strawberries in half. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise, and then slice into thin rounds.
Place the chopped fruit, cucumber, berries and nuts in a serving bowl. Zest the lime and then juice it. Place the juice in a small bowl and mix with the Chile powder and salt.
Toss the salad ingredients with the lime-Chile sauce, sprinkle with mint leaves and serve.
Use fruit that is in season.
