How We Saved the Orchard

Back in 2012, we discovered our family’s 135-year-old olive orchard was on the brink of being sold, and lost forever. Then fate stepped in. After meeting a local Italian Master Miller, we took a leap of faith, nurtured the land, and brought these ancient trees back to life.

Nuvo Olive Oil was born from that first harvest — and the rest is history.

What is Balsamic Vinegar?

Traditional balsamic is made only in Modena, Italy from grapes slowly simmered, fermented, and aged in wooden barrels for 12–25+ years. The result? A rich, complex drizzle that elevates vegetables, meats, cheeses, and even desserts.
