Our fused olive oils are made with organic blood oranges which are milled at the same time as our organic olives from our 125-year-old orchard. This has a cult following.
The blood orange is so well formed without being obtrusive or bitter. A fantastic oil for so many dishes.

- White Peach Balsamic - This literally tastes like an Orange Julius or a Creamsicle. Lay down a bed of spinach or a bowl of ice cream, top with freshly cut strawberries and top with this combination. Salads, Marinade a Chicken or White Fish.
- Raspberry Balsamic - This is a fan favorite because the tartness of the raspberry and the sweetness of the blood orange accentuate each other.
- Salad dressing, put it in a bowl of fruit, on a turkey or tuna sandwich, or any way you can imagine, you'll love it!
