Balsamic Vinegar Hickory Smoke

12-year-aged Balsamic vinegar from Modena Italy, brought to the United States and then infused with Liquid Smoke in California.  Surprising versatile! This is a family favorite, not only on watermelon and caprese salad, but this gets frequent use when cooking chicken, steak, vegetable and seafood.  A very unique balsamic!
Cooking Tip:  Reduce about an ounce and a half in a pan, low heat for about 10 minutes, add some garlic or Nuvo's Co-Milled Garlic Olive Oil and finish off your steak with an outstanding dressing.  Enjoy!
