5 tbsp Nuvos extra virgin olive oil
2 full caps of Nuvos L.S.G.
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
1 can tuna in springwater, drained and flaked
3-4 cups spaghetti pasta
Juice of 1 lemon
1 Lemon's zest
1 bunch of parsley, roughly chopped
Salt and Pepper or chilli flakes (if you prefer spicy)
