  • 5 tbsp Nuvos extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 full caps of Nuvos L.S.G.
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 can tuna in springwater, drained and flaked
  • 3-4 cups spaghetti pasta
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 Lemon's zest
  • 1 bunch of parsley, roughly chopped
  • Salt and Pepper or chilli flakes (if you prefer spicy)


  1. Cook pasta in boiling salted water until tender. Drain
  2. Place a skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil and garlic. Cook until fragrant (1-2 minutes).
  4. Now add tuna, salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes
  5. Next add cooked pasta, 4 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest and chopped parsley. If you would like to add chilli flakes, add now.
  6. To top if off, add about 2 capful's of Nuvo's L.S.G for a delicious finish
  7. Serve.
