INGREDIENTS
- 5 tbsp Nuvos extra virgin olive oil
- 2 full caps of Nuvos L.S.G.
- 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can tuna in springwater, drained and flaked
- 3-4 cups spaghetti pasta
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 Lemon's zest
- 1 bunch of parsley, roughly chopped
- Salt and Pepper or chilli flakes (if you prefer spicy)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook pasta in boiling salted water until tender. Drain
- Place a skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil and garlic. Cook until fragrant (1-2 minutes).
- Now add tuna, salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes
- Next add cooked pasta, 4 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest and chopped parsley. If you would like to add chilli flakes, add now.
- To top if off, add about 2 capful's of Nuvo's L.S.G for a delicious finish
- Serve.
