TOMATO- MOZZARELLA SALAD

TOMATO- MOZZARELLA SALAD

Tool: Serving Dish

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 large Heirloom Tomatoes
  • 1 package mozzarella
  • 1 large bunch basil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar


Directions:

Slice the tomatoes. Slice the mozzarella. Remove the basil from the stems.

Layer the tomatoes, cheese and basil around a serving dish. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve as an appetizer or as a side with dinner.
