PREP TIME COOK TIME

SERVINGS: 1 sandwich
2 tsp Nuvos extra virgin olive oil or Nuvos' B.S.G or Garlic Olive Oil
2 slices whole wheat bread
1-2 thin slices of beefsteak tomato
2 thin slices provolone cheese
1/4 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Take a skillet or non-stick pan and put olive oil. Heat the oil on medium heat. Place a slice of bread and slide bread around while pressing so that olive oil gets on the bread as much as possible.
Spread cheese, tomato, salt and pepper on the slice and put 2nd bread slice on the top. Now cook until bottom slice begins to brown. Take a spatula and lift the sandwich. Add a teaspoon of olive oil and oregano and flip the sandwich. Cook the 2nd side until golden brown. Enjoy warm.
You can add basil leaves if you like
