INGREDIENTS

Grilled Potatoes

Buffalo Dressing

  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp buffalo sauce
  • 5oz Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp almond milk, unsweetened
  • Fresh chives, chopped to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat grill on medium high temperature.
  2. Boil potatoes until slightly cooked (6min)
  3. Slice potatoes in half.
  4. In a bowl put potatoes and onion (if using). Drizzle with olive oil, seasoning, salt, and pepper. Place the seasoned potatoes and onion on the grill pan in an even layer. Close the grill lid and grill for 5-10 minutes. Keep tossing occasionally. Remove from the grill when a fork can be inserted easily. Don't overcook the potatoes. Transfer. to a bowl
  5. To prepare the dressing, in a small bowl combine yogurt, almond milk, buffalo sauce, and garlic powder.
  6. Drizzle the dressing over potatoes or keep it along with the grilled potatoes. 
  7. Garnish with fresh chives.
