INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 2 garlic cloves, medium
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 4 tbsp olive oil or Nuvos Meyer Lemon or Garlic Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In some large bowl soak cashews with the cold water for about 4 hours.
  2. Drain and then blend with the olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. If you are using nutritional yeast add now. You can use Nuvos' Meyer Lemon or Garlic Olive Oil.
  3. Blend until smooth. You might also need to add some water while blending to make it smooth. The tasty dip is ready to serve with veggies or chips.
