Olives - Lucques Olives | Slow Cured

Extraordinaire! Try our Lucques olives, which are quite rare to find in California and France. 

These much-beloved olives are handpicked, semi-ripe and slowly cured for 10 months in a brine of salt, water, and red wine vinegar for maximum flavor. Creamy texture and comes off the pit smoothly. Vacuum sealed.  

All olives are from our family-owned estate!
