These much-beloved olives are handpicked, semi-ripe and slowly cured for 10 months in a brine of salt, water, and red wine vinegar for maximum flavor. Creamy texture and comes off the pit smoothly. Vacuum sealed.

Yet another wonderful flavor! I love to use in in place of sweeteners when baking, i.e., honey, agave, or maple syrup. Gives a great sweetness without the sugar. If you make your own protein bars/balls, use a mixture of blood orange and myer lemon and you will not go back to any sort of sugar substitute.
Our favorite!! 🤗 such a wonderful taste and addition to a salad- we love it with the blood orange, Mayer lemon, California lime and the Basil infused olive oils. Delicious with all of the olive oil flavors.
