There is oh so much we can say about one of our most popular stuffed olives - the tang of the olive, the acid from the brine, the pickled garlic which pops the flavor of the olive - it's a medicinal like semi-salty/savory bomb!
Sevillano olives are slowly cured for 10 months in a brine of salt, water, and distilled wine vinegar and then stuffed with garlic. Great for martini's, cocktails, salads, or as a great snack!

I love this balsamic vinegar and always have in the house. I often use it on salad and don’t need oil! It’s slightly sweet and mixes great with dressings
Just used this yesterday, and it definitelybumped a simple pasta supper to a new level. Tossed cooked Vermicelli with oil, shredded fresh Parmesan on top, added a side of Italian sausage patty and roasted broccoli. YUM! Looking forward to how I'll use it next.
