INGREDIENTS
- 1 ¼ cups Nuvo's White Peach Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup mango, cubed
- 1 cup fresh strawberries quartered
- 1 cup kiwis, sliced
- 1 cup seedless grapes halved
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint (optional)
- And any other fresh fruit you may want to add
INSTRUCTIONS
In a small saucepan, bring the vinegar and sugar to a boil, and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Boil for 2 minutes, remove from heat and stir in the mint (if you want to add). In a large bowl, combine the fruit. Coat fruit with vinegar mixture and refrigerate. Serve chilled. Enjoy!
