2 1/4 pounds (1kg) frozen cranberries
4 cups granulated sugar
4 orange (zested)
2 cups cranberry juice
1 cinnamon sticks
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer for 35-40 mins. Stir occasionally, until thick and glossy.
