Our organic honey is raw and pure. It's also a natural sweetener. Harvested with great care from beehives on our property in Oroville.. The Beekeeper says that the bees don't go to the olive trees much so although we can't call this Olive Honey - it is Delicious Honey.
No synthetic fertilizers, insecticides, herbicides, or antibiotics were used in the production process. This honey contains live yeast and enzymes because it has not been processed. It also contains pollen because it has not been filtered—merely screened.
